Lloyd's stories are excellent and very true to life in that being foolish in the bush can cost you your life! He has sure used up all his nine lives! Lots of interesting stories and escapades - recommended.

If you are going to look at wildlife in South Africa you should read one of the books about wildlife safaris. I much prefer Peter Allison's Don't Look Behind You to this one.

Lloyd is the consummate guide who's worked with us four times in the past 8 years. Looking forward to our next safari! This book is full of fun and interesting stories that are best read one "bite" at a time.

I read the book in one afternoon. The stories were well written and told with humor and clarity. I could picture myself on the safari with Lloyd. As my 13 year old son said "I love Lloyd's stories" and reading these are almost as good as being there

Interesting read about a safari guide and his experiences in Africa with animals, clients, and the local culture. Easy fast read.

This was an interesting series of anecdotes, but not much different from other similar guide stories.

Purchased this for my husband..he thoroughly enjoyed it!
