Only Read this book if you haven't read any relevant books in the last 10-12 years... as that is how far back he goes back with his quotes and thoughts.OH... granted, he does give credit to most of those he does quote.Most.. not all.1-Star because a Zero is not available.

This book helped me see my biased thinkin clearly. I found nudging myself and relating the context many times to my own way of thinking. A good structure,very well covered various aspects of decision making supported by enough studies and research.

Wish I had got this book earlier! It's clearly written and organized to explain the different aspects of decision making and problem solving.It was eye-opening to know we always try to prove our belief as valid instead of deciding the right way. Oh man, the hidden traps in decision making was really a bang hit on the nail. Now I’m realizing that why despite being so confident, I was making bad decisions.The book gives reference to the work of many experts but the author has candidly put his own experience and many real-life examples to support the arguments, which makes the book a holistic read on decision making.It was a short read and I plan to read it again in next few days to deeply understand the principles.
